Goldwater sues Cave Creek Unified CCUSD

So all those threats in the Sonoran News were not idle. The Goldwater Institute is suing Cave Creek Unified for overriding the will of the voters by changing the how bond money will be spent through legislation.

The lawsuit is filed on behalf of Jayne Friedman, a district taxpayer and resident. A FAQ from GWI on the suit can be found here and the lawsuit is Friedman versus Cave Creek Unified. Motion for Preliminary Injunction to halt any work can be found here.
